Step 1: Register Online

To register your loan and access your account, visit  https://churchillmortgage.yourmortgageonline.com/register

You will need:

  • Your new loan number
  • The last 4 digits of your social security number
  • The zip code of your new property

Step 2: Set Up Payments

  • Once registered and logged in, click the green “Pay Now” button to make your first payment.
  • From here, you can also set up automatic monthly payments by clicking the “Automatic Payment” tab.

Frequently Asked Questions - F.A.Q.'s

‘How do I register my account?’

If the loan is being serviced by Churchill Mortgage, customer should go to: Your Loan Servicing Center.

  • Click on the Register button
  • Enter the new 10- digit loan number, last 4 digits of their social security number and zip code
  • Review the terms of disclosure/accept
  • Create a username and password
  • Enter their email address
  • They will receive an email notifying them the process is almost complete and it will direct them back to the login page
  • Login using the username and password created
  • From here, they can review loan activity and payment options
  • They can also make a onetime payment at your convenience - they will be prompted to provide the routing and account number from the bottom of a personal check or deposit slip

‘Why has my online payment not cleared my account?’

Customers should allow 3-5 business days for payments to be debited from their checking account.

‘How long is the grace period and is there a late fee?’

Customers have until the 15th of the month to make their payment. After the 15th, a late fee will be charged at 5% of the overdue payment of principal and interest.

'Has my payment posted/been received?'

You can view lots of helpful account information in our online account center. If you have already registered online, log in with your username/password to:

If you have not yet registered, click the “Register” tab and follow the prompts.

To view account information, such as payments due and received, click on “Dashboard” on the left side of the screen, then payments and/or history to view payments that have been processed to your account.

‘Has my first payment been received?’

Email: Payment@churchillmortgage.com with the customer’s name, contact information and loan number. All payments mailed to the Home Office at 1749 Mallory Lane may be verified by our accounting office. If the payment was mailed to our Customer Service department, we can verify that as well or connect them with customer service. Payments mailed to other servicers will need to be confirmed by them directly.

 

Have my taxes/insurance been paid from my escrow account?

In your online account, select “Escrow” from the Navigation on the left. This section will provide all pertinent information related to your escrow account. It will display escrow balance and escrow payments, along with tax and insurance information (both mortgage and homeowner/hazard). It will show the last payment and next payment for each escrow type.

How do I view my billing statements OR 1098 Mortgage Interest Statement?

For regular billing statements, click “Statement” on the Navigation menu. Here you can view available statements, and other documents such as Change Mailing Address and Loss Draft Process Overview.

To view monthly billing statement, click the drop down for Monthly Billing Statements and choose which month you would like to view (up to 12 months will be available). PDF viewer is required to view the E-statements.

To view your 1098 mortgage interest statement (when available), click the drop down for “Year End 1098 Interest Statements” and choose the one you would like to view.

‘I received a letter that my account has been transferred and I don’t know how to proceed.’

Customers will receive Notice of Service Transfer documents in the mail which include the new servicer’s contact information. Payment tickets are also included for their convenience. The tickets have the new loan number, payment amount and address for mailing in payments. If needed, we can email them a copy of this information for their records. Email Payment@churchillmortgage.com with the customer’s name, loan number and contact information.

‘Why is my loan number different? Which do I use?’

When the loan is originated, it is assigned a number that has three alpha characters. Once the loan is complete and transferred to a new servicer, a new loan number is assigned. Customer will need to use the New Loan number. This information is provided in the Notice of Servicing Transfer documents which are mailed to the customer. If needed, email Payment@churchillmortgage.com and we can send a copy of this information to the customer via email.
